Fecks sake, let's forget all this English transfer Ashley Barnes bollox. Its time for Oscar to go back to Spain and get us some REAL flair talent. He has the connections, surely this is one of the reasons Tony brought him in.
Oscar, get yourself on the next flight to Barca and don't come back without the next Messi in tow. Let's stop messing about now please.

Apparently the next Messi is playing for Dundee United not Barca (see today's Times)!!

Does anyone know if Oscar signed any for tel aviv?

Remember that it's Burke who looks for players not Oscar. If it was Oscar, I am sure there would be more foreign players in!

Maybe Oscar believes that to win the league you need a lot of British players. We have quite a few foreign players, so maybe he feels he needs more British players who understand the league better.

I doubt Barca would loan us any players as their B team plays in the Spanish equivalent of the Championship so their youngsters wouldn't gain very much from coming here.

Flair went out the window when the Gus Bus pulled out of the Amex for the last time. We're now nothing but a glorified Accrington Stanley on acid, with a bit of whatever that Welsh factory team that James Alexander Gordon used to read out so elegantly on Final Score was called thrown in. Anyone?

Was it though? I'm thinking it might have been Airbus UK, but even that doesn't sound very flair alongside Cefn Druids AFC or Caersws FC. Sure that Cefn Druids used to have a longer name too!
