Atomic wedgie death man on murder charge

How is such a thing possible? How BIG were the victims pants?

I don't as a habit visit the sky news website, but the headline was just too tempting. What can I say all those rabid right wingers who want to get rid of the BBC, must sit there with pencils up their noses, chanting wibble. I got an advert about setting an aquarium as my desktop background and bugger all else and I am still in the dark about death by Wedgie.

A man has been charged with killing his stepfather by allegedly giving him an "atomic wedgie".
Brad Davis, from McLoud, Oklahoma, is accused of grabbing Denver St Clair's underwear and pulling the elastic waistband over the man's head and around his neck.
The "atomic wedgie" caused the victim to suffocate and there were ligature marks on his neck, said authorities.
Mr St Clair, 58, was killed during a drunken family fight when he started speaking negatively about his wife, who is Davis' mother, over their impending divorce, it was alleged.
The two men had reportedly been drinking beer on the night of December 21 at the stepfather's home near Oklahoma City when Mr St Clair died.
Davis, 33, has been charged with murder. The cause of death was asphyxiation and blunt force trauma.
He allegedly said he and Mr St Clair had an argument that escalated into punches being thrown.
Davis reportedly told authorities his stepfather lost consciousness after being struck in the head and that is when he gave him an "atomic wedgie".
Lieutenant Jimmy Brewer told KFOR-TV: "His underwear was pulled up over his head and the elastic band was around his throat."
Local media reports said Davis called 911 but Mr St Clair was dead by the time officers arrived at the scene.
Detectives told KOKH-TV that when they arrived, Davis was standing over Mr St Clair and smoking a cigarette.
Detective Jimmy Brewer said: "We've spoken with several investigators about the crime scene and if they've ever experienced anything like this. No one has."
Davis has been detained in Pottawatomie County Jail without bail.
