Sean Dyche has revealed Albion striker Ashley Barnes is undergoing a medical at Burnley.
The Clarets boss wants to add Barnes to his promotion-chasing squad.
News of the medical was confirmed by Burnley's official Twitter feed in the last few minutes.
A fee, which is not being disclosed, is reported to have been agreed by the clubs.
It is unclear whether the player has yet agreed personal terms.
Dyche said: "Something was agreed with the clubs and he's in having a medical. It's the one we've been working on for a while."
Leeds are also keen on the Seagulls striker, who is out of contract this summer.
