This City side is seriously good. I might have a bet on them winning the lot this year. 5-0 at the moment.

I had this sneaking suspicion that Man City might score a few tonight, and that Man City and Chelsea would be near the top of the PL.
I'll also stick my neck out and say Bayern Munich will win the Bundesliga and that Barca & Real Madrid will be there or thereabouts in La Liga.

The common factor ..... £100m's spent on squads.

Big Sam can't win really.

He's got a side to the semis of decent cup competition which has undoubtedly made them a few bob, and now he's getting smashed on and off the pitch.

If he'd have got knocked out early, for example v Newport, nobody would be talking about it.

I was at west ham when we were drubbed 6-0. I sat with their fans. They were so arrogant and unpleasant that I'm rather enjoying this and imagining how unhappy they must be.

If it wasn't for this game Allardyce would have gone after the Forest result. Now that West Ham are all but out of this tie it would be almost negligent of Gold & Sullivan to prolong the agony. The supporter's reaction tonight will seal his fate.

Was it full time, or did the ref stop it on humanitarian grounds?

If he wasn't in this semi he would have played a stronger team v Forest ( and still probably lost ) but that was my point.

Anyway, I don't like the fat wanker and hope someone replaces him that can make sure West Ham finish above the pikeys.
