Oscar Garcia is puzzled by Albion's poor home form
Oscar Garcia admits he is puzzled by Albion’s poor home form.
The head coach is struggling to explain why the Seagulls have triumphed in four of their last six away games while winning just twice at The Amex over the same period.
He said: “For me it’s also difficult (to understand), because we want to play the same way at home as away.
“Maybe most teams when we play at home sit back and try to defend and play on the counter-attack. Sometimes away we are more clinical in front of goal.”
Albion are without Will Buckley (hamstring) for Bournemouth’s visit today (3pm) They are also still missing Bruno (thigh) and Gordon Greer (calf) from the defence.
Oscar said: “It’s frustrating but we have been managing injuries since the start of the season and now we have experience in these situations. “We expect a tough game against a good side with dangerous players up front.”
Leroy Lita is in contention for a spot on the bench for the last match of the sparingly used striker's loan spell from Swansea.
