Albion host coastal neighbours AFC Bournemouth tomorrow on New Year’s Day, the first game at the Amex in 2014, kick-off 3pm.
Following a couple of tough away games over Christmas, the Seagulls return to the Amex to continue their promotion push.
The new sports bar at the Amex, the Seven Stars, will open again from 11.30am, and we welcome families and supporters arriving early or wishing to stay later at the stadium – the Seven Stars will close at 8pm.
Dick's Bar will also be open from 11.30am and both bars will be showing coverage of the Swansea City v Manchester City Premier League match, while serving a full range of food and beverages. Concourses will be open from 1pm.
Post-match, the Manchester United v Tottenham Hotspur game and Yeovil v Watford will be on TVs from 5.30pm – along with our usual post-match highlights of the game.*
Tickets for the game are still available and the club’s online print-at-home feature is the easiest, and cheapest, way to buy. Click here to buy online. Supporters can now buy tickets in person on the day from the stadium ticket office right up until kick-off.
All the latest team news, travel details and any further match information is available at www.seagulls.co.uk, on our official Facebook page and via the club's official Twitter feed @OfficialBHAFC in the build-up to the game. Plus check out our YouTube channel for free post-match interviews and highlights.
Important Reading Reminder
The Reading ticket price does not include subsidised travel. Please click here for full travel information.
Travel Guide……Parking Available
Car parking is available at the Bridge Car Park, just a few minutes' walk from the Amex, priced £15 on the day.*
Remember, if parking is booked online or via the ticket office, in advance of our postal cut-off two working days ahead of the game, it is available for £13.
You can also book travel via our travel partners Seagull Travel, who pick up from points in all major Sussex towns – and even further afield.
Alternatively, our full travel service is in operation for the match, with the trains, buses and park-and-ride services included in the match-ticket package. For park-and-ride customers who will be arriving after 1pm, we strongly advise you to use the Brighton Racecourse site (postcode BN2 9XZ), where we have excellent capacity and a swift service.
Win up to £1,000 with the Hat-Trick Lottery
Albion’s Hat-Trick matchday lottery gives players three chances to win, with a Lucky Number jackpot of up to £1,000; matching the first goal time could win you £100 and there are lots of instant-win prizes, courtesy of Donatello, SeaLife, Buddies, Cineworld, Seagull Travel and stadium caterers Sodexo.
It is only £1 to enter, so look out for Hat-Trick sellers on the approach to the Amex Stadium and inside the concourses.
Food and Drink
Tomorrow’s guest pie will be a Breakfast Pie, which will provide the perfect cure to any sore heads on New Year’s Day. This will be available in all concourse kiosks.
Pulled pork baps and fish finger sandwiches will be available in the North Stand concourse, from the centre kiosk, and in the West Stand lower and West Stand upper concourses, from the kiosks at the south end.
The guest ale for this fixture is Ringwood Best Bitter, from Hampshire. This will be available in East Stand upper, North Stand, West Stand lower and Dick’s Bar.*
Young Seagulls Kids’ Meal Deals will be available in all East lower kiosks. The meal includes a sausage roll, chocolate chip cookie, apple and Capri Sun or bottle of water for just £4.

The Seagulls Superstore will be open before and after the game. *
E-Cash Guide
Our Seagulls e-cash system is more rewarding to those fans arriving earlier and staying later. Click here for full details.
By using your smartcard to buy food and drink within the stadium you can earn a degree of cashback – and queuing time is significantly reduced. If you've not done it before, here is how you do it:
1. Visit the online Seagulls e-cash page via the fan tab at www.seagulls.co.uk
2. Log in using your unique fan number, card number and password
3. Click top up in the My Details section, and follow the on-screen instructions
Once Seagulls e-cash is loaded, you are ready to go and use your card to pay for food, drink and in the stores!
NB: After topping up your card (over the counter or online) you will need to activate the cash by holding your card on one of the smartcard readers for approximately 15 seconds.
The American Express Community Stadium is a no-smoking venue. Fans should note this also includes vapour and e-cigs, as this encourages the smoking of real cigarettes, and does not fit with the club’s non-smoking policy.
