I've started using my FM radio app on my phone, this obviously only works if you are local though so may not be helpful.

Working fine for me.
I suggest to anyone using the Player, switch to the old player, usually sorts it out.

Been fine since the changes here - a couple of cutting outs when it first starts, but otherwise very good. My internet connection is pretty poor as well.

If you are experiencing buffering (as opposed to drop outs) due to weak internet connection you can improve by either:

a. click the old version
b. pause for a while and allow it to buffer for a while.

Or try both.

Just buy a fm radio from tescos, only a couple of quid, its old school but reliable.
