Bruno [abductor] and Gordon Greer [calf] look set to miss the game at Blackpool.
Bruno was replaced by Inigo Calderon at half-time on Boxing Day at Charlton, and his compatriot is expected to continue deputising at Bloomfield Road.
Adam El-Abd is also expected to make his fourth consecutive start in place of injured skipper Greer, while Kazenga LuaLua is in contention following his return from a one-match suspension for collecting five bookings.
Blackpool boss Paul Ince will be without suspended defender Kirk Broadfoot following his red card on Boxing Day, and will also be missing both Ricardo Fuller and Isaiah Osbourne with hamstring injuries.
However Angel Martinez should be available for selection as the Tangerines look to end a five-match winless run.*
