Anyone know how to do this? I've bought a ticket, been sent an order confirmation but can't for the life of me work out how to print a ticket.

Can anyone be of assistance?

When I have bought cup tickets I've just printed or shown the email to the ticket office on arrival at the ground. They then give you your ticket.

The attachment has a barcode just like the tickets from the TO which gets you through the turnstiles. It works rather well, actually.

First time I used "print at home" I went into Muppet mode, just printed the email and wondered why it wouldn't work the turnstile! I was metaphorically patted on the head and directed to the ticket office to get sorted out. Await with trepidation my first use of the "load on to card" system at the New Year's Day game!
