It's all a bit strange. Either Tam doesn't understand English &.Welsh law or he's pretty much writing off the cost of dismissal and rehire to get in a yes man. Make you wonder how he earned his fortune eh

His investment at Cardiff is also being used in order to avoid paying tax. I'm sure he's not alone in doing that but his "investment" isn't half as much as it looks on paper.
