Juice 107.2 will switch on the largest seasonal display of lights on the south coast at an event from 5pm on Thursday 13th November in East Street, Brighton, which will have a Soap theme for the many thousands of soap obsessed Brightonians. The FREE event, sponsored by Domestic & General and supported by Juice 107.2, will be also packed full of family fun with music, dance, street entertainers and a Grand Prize Giveaway. Attendees will have the opportunity to win prizes, including a games console, a designer handbag, tickets to Chelsea v Hull City and a brand new Hotpoint washing machine.


The Juice 107.2 breakfast crew will be on stage, welcoming a host of the city’s home-grown talent to keep the crowd entertained. First up, the Hangleton Youth Brass Band, with 58 members aged between 8-18 years and a plethora of trumpets and horns, this act is guaranteed to ignite that Christmassy feeling. Brighton’s Theatre Workshop will follow with a lively mash-up of music, dance and theatrical performance. Completing the line up, a performance from The Sleigh Belles, a Brighton harmony trio likened to The Puppini Sisters and booked to appear on ITV’s This Morning in December.


Seasonal characters in festive fancy dress, balloon modellers and stilt walkers will also be on hand, mingling with the crowd, spreading festive charm and entertaining the little ones.


Led by Juice 107.2’s Hanna Neter and Dan Gasser, the evening’s festivities will culminate in a countdown as the Lights are switched on across the city.
