Six Albion women players have been called up to the latest Sussex Representative squad for the match against the Royal Air Force FA.
Kim Whitcombe, Rebecca Thompson-Agbro, Kim Stenning, Charlotte Sole, Sophie Perry and Charley Boswell (pictured left to right) will all represent Sussex in the Southern Counties Cup competition match at Chesham United FC this Thursday (12th December), kick-off 7pm.*
Albion have the highest number of players involved in the squad, with five selected from Chichester and three from Lewes.*
Elite Women and Girls’ Manager, Tracy Doe, is thrilled to have such a large Seagulls contingent in the squad and is very keen to promote the importance of representative football.*
She told seagulls.co.uk, “We’re very happy that these players will be representing their county.*
“It’s great to have so many players called up to the squad and we as a club are committed to stressing the importance of representative football.*
“Hopefully we will continue to have so many players selected in future squads and maintain a good relationship with the Sussex County FA.”*
