On Premier League teams expenditure on Agent fees in the last year:

"Crystal Palace were the only club to spend less than a million on fees, paying £869,532 to agents"

Palace signed a bag of complete and utter s***e during the summer, they were obviously unwilling to pay agents enough to get the good players. Is it now a case of he who pays the agents gets the best players?

Don't they work on commission? So if you are not paying big money on contracts, you will not pay big money on agents, I would guess.
