Cant afford it this month what with Christmas and everything.
But I hope that that whoever buys it can return it to its former glory as one of the most iconic hotels in the country as its not as good as it used to be.
I think there is a huge market for staying in these great hotels of yesteryear but you must provide the experience.

I can't afford to buy it.
I once bought a glass of wine from the bar there, and had to declare myself bankrupt shortly afterwards.

I'm certain my may concern is the uncertainty of ownership leading up to the reception and weather my contract will be honoured.....
