I want to give these a go, but can anyone recommend the best type?
I usually smoke Golden Virginia and have no interest in strawberry or other fruit flavours.

Is there a good shop in town which I can purchase from/get advise?

All you will need. This is what I have. The shop at the bottom of Elm Grove called The Vapour Trail is a stockist of this stuff. It's good.

I'm currently using Orange Candy, tastes just like orange TicTacs. I have banana, cherry, blueberry and Parisienne Vanilla to go. The patriot range oils are the best.

Thought I wouldn't want the flavours but they're ruddy excellent. Used the SkyCig menthols, cherry and vanilla for quite a while but then lost the cigs and reverted back to Marlboro Lights

My brother used E-Lites to help him give up, so far, so good (18 months) and he only now uses the flavours, no nicotine at all. They are doing some very good deals at the moment, I guess in anticipation of the upcoming January NY Resolutions.
