Radio 1 or Heart FM. Sometimes Capital FM or Kiss if in the right area
Although i much prefer to have my tunes from my iPod on so therefore i hardly ever listen to Radio.

1. BBC Radio 2 (14.9m listeners every week)
2. BBC Radio 4* (10.9m)
3. BBC Radio 1 (10.8m)
4. Capital (7.7m)
5. Heart (7.6m)
6. BBC Radio 5 live* (6.5m)
7. Classic FM (5.3m)
8. Kiss (5.0m)
9. Smooth Radio* (3.8m)
10. Magic (3.7m)

At work unfortunatly it is Kiss fm.
When i am not at work (not that i listen to radio much) it is Rinse FM.
For the music i like i have to pretty much listen to Pirate/internet based radio stations.

Radio 4 for the Today programme, and things like Just A Minute ad I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue.
Apart from that I mostly listen to Reverb or FIP - neither of which have a corporate playlist. The others on that list I find fundamentally unlistenable.

Was BBC World Service until they stopped broadcasting on Medium Wave in Europe.
Don't listen to the radio much at all any more, but it would probably be Radio 6 Music or Radio 4 if I had to narrow it to one, depending on whether I was feeling musical or intellectual.

One of the Absolute Radio Channels, depends on my mood as to which one. Today it's absolute 90's.
Im getting that way, not sure how much longer i can put up with it.
Cant stand the adverts with the local indi stations either though
