Palace is a relegation on his CV. Money would compensate that. With the right team, a championship job can provide a promotion to his CV which is worth a pay cut.

Would it be worth a 50 =75% drop in wages to take a chance on a promotion, I wouldnt take the chance most definitely unless promotion was virtually assured or at least I thought that it was.
