Any recommendations for transcription software on a Mac or iPad?

I've just done an interview and have a 45 minute audio file. However, I know how labour-intensive transcribing an interview can be. Does anyone know any transcription software I can use that will convert the audio file into text? Preferably something that doesn't cost £150 or so.

Thanks!

If you could rig it up to play into Dragon Dictate, I imagine it might do a reasonable job. There'd still be a lot of manual correction though.

Thanks. I tried Dragon Dictation but its accuracy was so out I decided to transcribe it all manually in the end.

That's really the best option I found after having a look around recently to attempt to transcribe recorded lectures automatically. The technology doesn't seem to be there yet.
