David Lopez*reckons Albion are playing well enough to go on a winning run.
And he would love to be a big part of it after his brief but decisive cameo at Doncaster.
The Spanish midfielder is in contention for a first start in four matches after Will Buckley joined the Seagulls’ list of absentees with a hamstring injury.
Albion hope to complete back-to-back victories for only the second time this season when Blackburn visit on Saturday.
David reckons they are capable of going on a charge after the boost of success at the Keepmoat Stadium.
He said: “We want to make the most of it on Saturday when go back home.
“All we need to do is keep doing what we have been doing.
“I think the team is playing well. We are creating chances, we are getting into goalscoring positions.
“All we are lacking a little bit is the finishing touch.
“Now we need to go on a run and I believe we will climb the table.”
Leo Ulloa has taken a significant step towards recovery from a fractured metatarsal in his left foot.
The striker was told yesterday he could discard his crutches and was walking unaided, five weeks after suffering the injury against Sheffield Wednesday.
