You scored 28 out of 32

You show many of the symptoms of stress, suggesting that you may not be coping with the day-to-day pressure you are under

:(

I'm lucky in that I do not suffer from stress but then again I do take an active interest in avoiding stressful situations over which I have control e.g. ensuring I always have enough time to do things or get to places and I make sure I have plenty of time to myself. Running is also great for relaxing.

EIGHT.

Thought it would be higher as I've had the year from hell but it's probably that low as I can see the other side now.

Running is also great for relaxing.

I know a few women who had post natal depression and swear running all but cured them of it. I am a terrible runner but go for regular bike rides these days. Feel great after them even if I have had a couple of narrow collision escapes.

I don't think the test is purely about stress, a lot of the symptoms they are questioning you on are also symptoms of anxiety which is a slightly different issue.

12.

The only ones i scored highley in, are poor sleeping pattern and getting distracted from the task in hand.
