Another BIG clash here as we see the Lord Nelson take on the Battle of Trafalgar for a place in the semi finals.

In times gone past I'd have said the Nelson. I was in there an awful lot back in the Withdean days when it seemed to some up the feel of the football club in its own way, but the owner has sold up, and life moves on. The BoT is a FINE kid friendly pre-match boozer, so in 2013 it gets my vote.

The Nelson serves the Harveys range, but the Trafalgar serves much nicer Harveys Best than the Nelson does. Plus it has the beer garden, better food in my experience (admittedly not especially recent for that) and has always has a friendly relaxing atmosphere. Trafalgar

About 25 years ago I kissed the landlord's daughter upstairs in the Battle of Trafalgar. And it serves good beer.

BoT all the way.

I shall visit it pre-match this coming Saturday just to make sure I've voted correctly.

The Nelson for me. The cinema screen showing test match cricket tips the balance. 2 excellent pubs mind.

Lord Nelson inflicted with a mortal blow by the Battle of Trafalgar? Like that would ever happen.

Kiss me, Hardy. Kiss me.

Nelson for me. Never loved the BoT. Two great pubs though.

Shameful result for a real Albion pub. I despair.
