Oscar Garcia
Oscar Garcia has warned his side of a possible backlash from Doncaster Rovers.Paul Dickov’s side come into tomorrow's game off the back of two heavy defeats to Reading and Middlesbrough, but Albion’s head coach says the losses will only increase their desire to win.
He told seagulls.co.uk, “For sure they will want a reaction. We know they are a strong team, a physical team and they know how to play; their ideas are very clear and it will be a tough game for sure.
"But we also need to go there to win the game; as always this will be our mentality.
“For us it is very important to win as we are not on a good run but we will try to change that at Doncaster.
“Our performances have been good but not the results, so we need to mix this together and get the results as well.”*

Albion have become draw specialists in the Championship, with six to their name already, and Oscar admitted the side need to start grinding out wins.
“When you draw you only receive a point, so it is much more important to win and get the three.
“Teams tend to change how they play against us but that is something we have to manage, however sometimes a draw can also give you a good feeling, and we have drawn against some good sides in difficult places this season.”
Meanwhile the Spaniard also praised the work ethic of Craig Conway and believes recent arrival Leroy Lita is showing promising signs.
“Craig now knows how we want him to play in this position and I am very happy with him because he gives 100 per cent at every training session.
“Leroy arrived two weeks ago and he understands what we need for a forward player and he is doing his best.”
