someone want to swap a brand new EE Iphone 64G 5S and pay for it to be unlocked for a fairly new factory unlocked 16G Iphone 5S?

i can think of no reason why somebody would want to apart from:
1/ Its broken (you say not)
2/ Its stolen
3/ They are a sandwich short of a picnic

Its a contract scam by the sounds of it. They get phones on contract, either someone who cares more about money than good credit or Identity fraud.
What happens is when the contract is not paid it will be blocked so cannot call(or receive calls), text or connect to 3g, they can still be used as an Ipod though but that is about it

EDIT Just seen the above post and of course it could be option 3
