I can't work it out.

I assume they're not stewds, I'd hope they're not lecturers.
They're nowhere near any homes, shops, or offies.

But they are always there, at the cut through from CP3 & 4, to the underpass.

Why's that 'THE' spot to get bombed on cheap lager?

Yep, and always leave a pile of empty cans on the grass. Weird.
