Conflict of opinions re-Forestieri there. The latter was from Albion's former Spanish interpreter saying it was a red.

8:27pm
Forestieri, who had shown some nice touches in midfield, was next into the book for a late lunge on Kuszczak as*the keeper*went to kick the ball clear just outside his box. Many Albion fans were adamant te little Argentine should have seen red.

8:23pm
Another right-sided move saw Bruno slide a pass into Buckley's path. The winger produced another pinpoint cross to the far post and Conway headed narrowly wide when he might have done better.
Bruno was the first man in the book for catching McGugan late.

8:19pm
Barnes so nearly dragged Albion level after their best move so far. They got Buckley in behind the defence to slip a cross in from the byline and Barnes saw his far-post header pawed away from the top corner by Barnes.
That sparked a spell of pressure which saw Forster-Caskey shoot over from 25 yards.
But then Watford had a half-chance which McGugan from which shot tamely, allowing Kuszczak to save comfortably low to his left.

8:12pm
Doyley barged over Conway near the corner flag to give Albion a set-piece on the left wing.
But a breakdown in communication saw Forster-Caskey float the ball invitingly to the far post while all his team mates ran to the near.

8:10pm
Then McGugan got away in the inside left channel and tried*a curler. But the ball did not have the required bend and drifted a yard past the far post.

8:07pm
Albion had the first chance to threaten after Pudil tripped Buckley as he chased Bruno's ball inside the wing-back. Rather than loft the ball into the box, Forster-Caskey slid*the free-kick square*to Crofts at the edge of the box but he miscued*his shot.
Watford, though, went ahead with their first attack.
They made room for MURRAY to let fly from 25 yards with a shot which flicked off Ward and found a gap just inside Kuszczak's post.

8:00pm
No change of ends. Albion go North to South and we are about to kick off once Watford have finished their huddle.

7:54pm
Oscar's tactic of starting two wingers demands someone gets forward from midfield to support the striker, in this case Barnes. Crofts has done that to a degree but no doubt this aspect of his game is one factor which has helped Forster-Caskey back into the XI tonight.

7:53pm
Your team news is online already but the main talking point from an Albion angle is Lita being left on the bench. I think many people expected him to start.
The same goes for Watford's flying left wing-back Anya, who is on the bench with more defensively solid Pudil prefered.
The return of Deeney, Faraoni and Doyley are all real plusses for the Hornets though.

7:43pm
Fright Night at The Amex - and a frightful journey for some fans too by the sounds of it.
Busy by car, quiet by train seems to be the message from the club's official transport Twitter feed.
