The storm is moving away into the North Sea now, and there's no Sting Jet to complicate things, so other than some beefy showers, I can't see there being any further disruption, so it's (just?) a case of clearing up the trees / leaves (which may be on lines & blocking drains) now.

Dont forget that trees that have been made unstable overnight wont take much to be knocked down - so its possible for more to come down - especially as the wind is catching in the leaves of the trees.

Polegate is also blocked by a couple of trees.

FCC look like they have restarted services, wont run North of London due to a major power failure.

Trains now running Brighton - West Worthing.

EDIT - good news, Brighton - Lewes has reopened.

Not wishing to doubt others, but National Rail live departures app is saying that all trains through Clapham Junction to Brighton are cancelled until atleast the 1342.

Then its very much wrong. A half-hourly service is currently running.

Typical that NRE are giving out wrong info.
