Nathan Jones
* Nathan Jones wants Albion to get out of the woods at The Amex by avoiding another Forest fire.
* The Seagulls have won only one of their last four home matches as they prepare for Watford's visit tomorrow night (7.45pm).
* They were beaten 3-1 by Nottingham Forest last time out at The Amex, conceding three goals in 17 minutes at the start of the second half after leading at half-time.
* Assistant head coach Jones said: "We had a ten minute spell when we got heavily punished in a really even game. We can't let that happen again."
* Albion have seven players sidelined for the Watford game, with winger Kazenga LuaLua the latest addition to the long-term casualty list after knee tendon surgery.
* Jones said: "We can dwell about the things we haven't got but let's dwell on the positives. We've got a good side, a good squad, and we will put out an excellent eleven that will compete with Watford.
* "The training has gone really well this week, so we'll be ready."
