The pity is he'll be 'interviewed' by Graham Norton. A good actor, for me not great but good. The best Hollywood actor must be Henry Fonda or Spencer Tracey. De Niro doesn't do comedy very well

Would put him in the top 3 living male Hollywood actors, along with Hanks and Nicholson. Unusual for him to appear on a chat show.
I'd watch it if he was being interviewed by anyone other than Graham Norton.

That's because he holds no aspirations to be a serious interviewer. For better or for worse, his guests are there as his comedy vehicle and they get to plug their film, book, TV show etc in return.
