Easy to stage that. I reckon if you hadn't rehearsed that to death it would be like Siri. Mostly utter dross but occasionally brilliant.

I've been using Dragon NaturallySpeaking for years now. This entire message is being typed by that software – in real time, with the characters appearing on the screen immediately after being spoken. So far, no mistakes whatsoever!

The overall recognition rate is way into the upper 90%'s, to the extent that I no longer bother with typing anything longer than a sentence. Typing seems so yesterday…

Anyone else use DNS – or other speech recognition software?

I find that shouting and wild gestures get me by most of the time. If not, then the person I am speaking to is obviously and idiot and cannot be bothered to try and understand.
