On the bright side it's a good job we have Conway, he played well yesterday and game time will be good for him and us. I'm sure he will do a good job so we are fortunate really.
Hopefully Orlandi is the first of the wounded to return.

He has had problem with his knee for a while , when he returns to the playing side he'll probably then do a hamstring within a fortnight.
Either our pitch, or training facilities, or medical team must be to blame. That or we have got some seriously bad karma going on, maybe Gus has laid down a curse?

You sometimes get players nursing a minor injury that doesn't go away and eventually it gets worse. In the old days if your knee was crocked the club doctor would give a cortisone injection to numb the pain to get through the 90 minutes.

Solomon March in to the team then. It's ridiculous it takes a freakish amount of injuries to force us to give talented young players a chance. Or we'll sign another turnip like Conway instead.

You always seem to have a longer injury list when you aren't doing well either. Then something changes and hey ho, they all recover quicker.

There definitely seems to be some sort of problem with our medical department. We are nearly 3 months into the season and none of our injured players are anywhere near playing again despite the diagnosis not being too serious for some of them (e.g. Bridcutt and Orlandi) when they first got injured.

Wasn't there some kind of problem with the turf being part astroturf or something and it causing injuries, or has that been resolved now
