Leroy Lita scored against Albion for Sheffield Wednesday last season
Leroy Lita insists he is ready to hit the ground running after signing on loan for Albion from Swansea City until January 1.
Lita completed his move in time for the Seagulls' trip to Yeovil Town on Saturday but has not made a single appearance all season after falling out of favour at the Liberty Stadium.
The 28-year-old striker's last game was back in April during a loan spell at Sheffield Wednesday but has no doubts he is up to the challenge of starting against Yeovil if called on.
Lita said: "When I have been out for a while before and come back in I’ve been alright so I don't think that will be a problem.
"I feel fine. Our training is quite intense anywhere so I am ready to go against Yeovil if I get the nod.
"I am just looking forward to getting on the pitch. It's been a frustrating time for me recently so*now I have a chance to*make it a happy time."
