Not seen it before.

There is also on there a model of the AMEX, but before it was extended.

Amazing models though. Would be perfect for the museum when it opens in 2010, er I mean 2011, er 2012, 2013? 2014

Alan Budgen (BHACHS member) made a similar model of the Goldstone about 8-10 years ago. I imagine that one will turn up in the museum when it opens later this season.

Looking at the model brought back memories of buying Bovril from the teabar by the north west floodlight pylon.

Another thought that came to mind was the temporary TV platform that is on the half-way line in the East Stand. It was always kept a secret as to what would be on the Big Match or Southern Soccer the next day. So by going to the game and seeing the cameras in place always made me feel important with a bit of inside information on the next days scheduling that my mates didn't know about. (I'm rambling now).

I think he's also well on the way to completing a model of Withdean Stadium....
