Done very well on loan at Doncaster, returned to United now to regain full fitness. Get him in if he's fit in time!

Three goals in five years, Wow.

So? What's your point?

Hardly going to start instead of Hernandez, Rooney, Welbeck, RVP is he?

He's came to the Championship and started to find his feet and more importantly the goal. We need a striker, if he's available for loan then why not? Better than bloody Obika.

I said this before he joined Donny and I was shot down from all angles.
He would be very useful. Will shine in the championship. Especially if he is given a run of games.

You are also ignoring his time at Sampdoria (0 goals in 28 games) and QPR (0 goals in a three month loan).

He might be good, he might not.

Should fit in well

Donny want to take him back on loan once he has been patched up. Think he is out of our price bracket as a loan deal anyhow.

Stupid question ???

Do you not think that location is a consideration for a loan player and their club then?

Machida has been on loan at QPR and Sampdoria before, so I would say in the case of a 22 year old single man, No.

Just as Bridge was last year!!!

Already answered but do you honestly think a young man would turn down the opportunity to play regularly anywhere in the country? He's Italian and I would have thought the prospect of staying for a couple of months in cosmopolitan Brighton would be far more appealing than staying in Doncaster!!!!

That said, wouldn't be keen to sign him.

We could afford Bridge as Man City subsidised his wages and we only paid £10k a week for his services. Do you think it is a pure coincidence with FFP kicking in this season that Premier League clubs are now seeking a greater percentage of wages to be recouped in loan deals ?
