Yes. Turn them off in message settings. Reboot your phone (by holding both buttons down together) then turn them on again. Should work.

I had some issues with it not sending on my iPad. Turning he iPad off and on again was enough. Some people need to turn iMessages off (via settings), some need to sign out of messenger (again via settings) and then sign back in.

Apple releases are getting worse do they even do any testing on their products these days??
