Albion Women face Lewes this Sunday in an eagerly-anticipated Sussex derby at the Dripping Pan.It is the first time the two sides have played each other since the Sussex Women’s Challenge Cup Final back in March, when Albion triumphed 2-0.
The Seagulls will be aiming to make it three consecutive victories in all competitions, following on from wins over Chesham and West Ham.
Lewes have matched Albion’s record so far in the league with seven points from their opening four games, including recent consecutive league and cup wins over Portsmouth.
There is almost a full-strength squad to choose from for the Seagulls, although Cherelle Khassal is ruled out through a hip adductor injury.
However Charley Boswell is expected to return to the squad after an ankle injury kept her out of last week’s win over West Ham.
The game kicks-off at 2pm, with prices at £3 for adults and free for under-16s.
