A mistake by Andrews on the edge of his own area put Albion in trouble but Greer rescued him with a atrong challenge on McGoldrick.
Then Bruno got the ball down in midfield, looked up and chipped a fine pass into the path of Buckley just inside the box. But Buckley, centrally placed, forced himself too wide with his first touch and his attempt to help the ball back across goal was cleared.

3:31pm
Crofts showed a good bit of skill to bring the ball down and give Buckley one to chase inside the box. But, as both he and Smith tangled and went down, ref Martin gave the hosts a free-kick, which looked a fair decision.

3:29pm
Albion had gone 291 minutes without conceding a goal away from home but had now been breached twice in four minutes.

3:25pm
There was no doubting the quality of the second by McGOLDRICK. He latched on to Murphy's header, turned Greer one way, then the other and flashed a terrific low drive across Kuszczak and inside the far post.

3:22pm
Ipswich went ahead out of nothing when the ball ran loose out of a tackle for McGOLDRICK to let fly from outside the box. His shot took a significant deflection, seemingly off Andrews, and looped past the wrong-footed Kuszczak.

3:19pm
Conway produced a fine reverse pass to send Bruno to the byline but the flag went up for offside before he could pull the ball back for Barnes to tap in.
Still it was encouraging to see Bruno well forward in the inside left channel having made a lot of ground - and to see Buckley looking bright early on.
Home right-back Chambers curled over an inviting cross after his initial long throw was cleared back out to him but Murphy failed to get proper contact on his header.

3:14pm
It was generally a tame start though amid an eerily quiet atmosphere around Portman Road.

3:10pm
Bruno was next to hook in a cross which Crofts helped on - but Ipswich cleared and then enjoyed a brighter spell of their own.
Calderon did well to block a cross by Tunnicliffe as home fans appealed for handball.

3:08pm
Albion had atacking strength down their right - and it should have brought them an early breakthrough. Buckley got to the byline and cut the ball back for Crofts, who poked his shot wide from a great position eight yards out.
It was a glaring miss by the former Norwich man.

3:00pm
The match is in progress

2:58pm
Locally there is a lot of interest in young striker Jack Marriott, a prolific goalscorer at under-18 level who is on the Ipswich bench today following Paul Taylor's midweek move to Peterborough.
We expect Ipswich to be 4-4-2 with a faily narrow midfield. Aaron Cresswell is a threat bombing forward from left-back.

2:53pm
The more predictable change in midfield sees Keith Andrews return in place of Rohan Ince.
Andrews*did well on loan here two years ago. Here's a taste of what he contributed in terms of goals...

2:51pm
Plenty of interest, of course, in how Bruno fares in his first midfield start in English football. It is a position he played in Spain before switching to right-back and it is the role Osacar Garcia knew him in when they were together at Lleida.
So Bruno knows the role and is good on the ball. He is, however, short of minutes this season so it will be interesting to see how he goes from the match fitness point of view

2:47pm
It's a busy week in the Championship - and part one of three games in eight days for the Seagulls is here at sunny Portman Road.
The Seagulls come to Suffolk unbeaten in six games while Ipswich have three wins out of four in their home league games to date.
Albion have a slightly different look about them while their hosts name an unchanged starting XI.
Here's your team news and line-ups in full.
