Best restaurant at Brighton Marina?

Did a NSC search, couldn't find much. Taking the little lady out for a movie and a meal. Let my Advantage card expire so can't utilise any discounts . I'll eat anything, but looking for a nice meal and a decent price. I know there are a lot of chains at the Marina but chain-food is often quite variable restuarant by restaurant and depending on location etc (for example the Nandos in Portsmouth gunwharf has a really nice layout and ambience but the Brighton one doesn't). Any recommendations?

I like the Brasserie and they have a great set lunch menu as well. Good tasting food and good portions.

I agree. Lovely food and not too pricey

I had a good meal in the pub there, reasonable price too. But then I am a cheapskate.

I'd second the Wetherspoons. Surprised by how good the food was in there, and at that price!

My nomination however goes to the Chinese Boat Restaurant thingy

This - it is surprisingly good. The Indian is very good. Brasserie I find over priced for the quality of food and service is not great.
