Voip phone for Iphone running IOS7

I've upgraded to IOS7 and my Acrobits voip phone which I use on the iPhone does not seem to work anymore. There appears to be an issue with the microphone.

Can anyone recommend a softphone they are using with IOS7 please?

Have you tried, Settings>General>Privacy and turn the mic on for your VoIP?
