Yes Dicker will get the time he needs in Division 2 and should do well.

They all find their level but in Dickers case I think it is a case of a short contract to put himself in the window and hope for a longer one back down south. Perhaps Orient will look at him or as it stands Gillingham should perhaps have offered him better terms.
