Craig Conway makes his Albion debut after being named in the starting line-up to face Queens Park Rangers.
The on-loan winger replaces Kazenga LuaLua, who drops to the bench, in the first of two changes made by Oscar Garcia from the side that drew 0-0 at Reading.
Ashley Barnes starts upfront replacing the suspended Leonardo Ulloa, while there is a place amongst the substitutes for Bruno after recovering from a hamstring problem.
Oscar remains with the same back four that kept a clean sheet at the Madejski while Solly March replaces Kemy Agustien on the bench.
Harry Redknapp makes three changes to the side that beat Birmingham City on Saturday, with former Albion striker Bobby Zamora omitted from the matchday squad.
Matt Phillips, Shaun Wright-Phillips and Karl Henry are brought into the starting line-up with Tom Carroll dropping to the bench; Junior Hoillet misses out with a hamstring injury.
Armand Traore and Tom Hitchcock have been named amongst the substitutes.
