The 2 vines (Tim & Jezer) in my back garden have gone mad this year,

so the question is, what can i do with them - i.e. recipes, instructions etc

a) make wine - how & will i have enough for a bottle ?

2) make jam / jelly - How ?

iii) is there a brighton wine co-op that everybody pulls thier grapes together ?

D) any other top ideas ?

Cheers

Can only talk about wine-making, I'm afraid. The going rate is 1kg of berries = 1l fluid. BUT, you won't be able to extract the full litre. With proper professional equipment I get an extraction rate of about 75%. Without pro gear you should get 60%. So, for 1 75cl bottle, you'll need ~1.3 kg berries = 7-8 bunches of grapes.

Don't forget the malolatic fermentation

Here, there and everywhere
I was thinking of using Urban Wine / Chateau Tooting this year for my bumper crop, though I can't find any contact details for them so maybe they've ceased trading?
