Recruitment consultant is a fancy description of someone who works for an agency such as Reed or Hays, correct?

I remember one away game all the subs went in at half-time for the team talk and he was left by himself on the pitch to warm up by himself. He spent most of it just dribbling a ball.

My only memory of him is him pinching a point for us in the last minute in a game at Oldham we'd played the bulk of with 10 men. He made about ten times as many sub appearances as starts, though - perhaps he'd have developed better with more opportunity.
