For me I would say the top three things that I have changed this year and have Improved my day to day living are the following.

1. Inroducing avocado into a my sandwiches.

2. Increasing posts per page from 20 to 40 on NSC

3. Seperating my pants and socks into seperate draws. Much quicker in the morning when struggling to wake up, no digging around trying to find a pair of socks that are pushed to the back of the draw.

1. Not eating red meat; stopped all those cheeky bacon butties and sausage rolls when stopping for petrol!

2. Putting lottery on DD lucky dip

3. Stopped worrying about matching socks, just grab two similar socks, life's good!

1. Exercise 30mins or more 5 days a week (any form - fast walk, run, weights..)

2. Going to sleep earlier on 'school nights' and getting up earlier for work!

3. Stopped snoozing my alarm clock. Instead put it away from bed so I have to get out of bed to turn in off.

You sir are a Fifth Columist.

I couldn't cope with non matching socks, therefore I only ever buy the same black socks  #noimagination.

But how do you know that the black sock you are matching with another black sock were ever a pair? If they were never a pair can they ever be truly matching???:)

They are a pair because they are the same.
I can cope with them not being a biological pair, just so long as they are not a 'United Colors of Benetton' pair.

I guess with Tim coming from Arundel I shouldn't be surprised, those northerners have some quaint little ways.

Stopping smoking - pretty much

No more mid week beers

Reminding myself that all the bullshit that happens at work is exactly that - bullshit - which pays for me to eventually be BEAR GRYLLS!
