Ecard top up problem Continued

Every time I try to top up my card I get the message "E CARD TOP UP PROBLEM" An unexpected error has occurred on this website, The Administrator has been informed. Trouble is this has been happening for about a week now, anyone know what's going on or who I can contact to sort it out with.

Sorry can't help however my £20 I put on my card prior to the Villereal game appeared yesterday.
