Hi guys need some technical help, my wife's friend has an I phone 5 and my wife has a Sony Experia z and when her friend texts her it won't send but her friend can text anyone else no problems. Have tried adjusting a few things but can't fix it, my wife is on 3 mobile and her friend on orange, does anyone have any ideas please? Cheers

Has she got your wife's number right in her phone? Could be sending the texts to a complete stranger?

If the text is showing as sent in the friend's iPhone but doesn't actually arrive at your wife's phone then, assuming its the right number, its possible that the friend's number has been 'accidentally' blocked on your wife's phone. You'd be surprised how often it happens and that the person has no idea they have done it!
