As many would have heard, the world of sports broadcasting sadly lost the memorable voice of Tony Millard last week.Millard has been a face and voice synonymous with Sussex sport for over 30 years and his loss was felt across the south coast and nationally last Friday.
In acknowledgement to the legendary journalist there will be a two page tribute in this Saturday’s edition of Seagull, where Tony’s fellow journalists and colleagues from across his successful career, pay their tributes to one of the most enigmatic characters in the media.
Brighton and Hove Albion would also like to extend their deepest condolences to one of the club’s biggest supporters over the years, and our thoughts are with his friends and family at this time.
