Football league App and Seagull player

Have used Football league app for 2 years cost abut £12p I think.suddenly get email from ITunes saying subscription will not renew. Go into the App and now it says to view highlights I have to buy Seagull player at a cost of about £40
I don't think I will bother

yeah the football league app is free but to view highlightsyou need to subscribe to the 'player' of your selected team and sign into the app with your player id.
