How long it would take, to walk from Gulls Fish Bar in Moulsecoomb to the Amex?. Both with chips, and without chips.

10-15 minutes from the Hikers Pub, not sure where the fish bar is?

15 mins without chips
20 mins with

would be my guess.

Might be a little bit quicker now they have opened the footpath through Woolards park past The Keep, so no longer need to dodge traffic.
