Breakfast in Brighton

We're on the red eye flight from Edinburgh tomorrow and will be in Brighton for breakfast (8:30 am ish) before the game.

Are there any decent places to buy and eat breakfast along the seafront on a Saturday morning? We need to walk to Hove anyway to drop off our stuff at a mates.

Seven Bees cafe is reasonably priced and excellent and just off the seafront between the piers. They won the Source Magazine "Best Breakfast In Brighton" a year or so ago.

If you're walking to Hove then Hove & Kingsway Bowling club cafe does an excellent breakfast.

Used to enjoy Billies in Upper North St / Montpellier Terrace. Don't know if its still there but a great traditional breakfast.

Billies in Upper North Street your best bet... or Cafe Royale in Preston Street. Incidentally, there was a book published a few years ago called Breakfast In Brighton - an excellent study of the place. Buddies is on seafront. enjoy the morning with the dreg of the clubers, which may be a good or bad thing.

The New Club... bottom of Preston st. I've been steadily working my way through their breakfast menu all week, and can safely say its great.

No problem, just that you are not the first person I have heard call it scram and have refused to believe me when I have told them they are wrong.
