Because there are still questions about why exactly he was sacked when he will take it to court (if he is going to go to court or whatever arbitation thing), because this draws to question if the club can move forward without this cloud over us, if money needs to be ring-fenced - just in case, etc.

I hope he is earning loads, as that will offset having to compensate him for loss of earnings should he succeed in his case against the club!
